Elysia grew up in Reno, Nevada attending Galena High School. Soon after she received her bachelor's degree in Community Health Sciences from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2007. She worked in the operating room for 10 years before returning to the University to obtain her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from University of Nevada School of Medicine in 2020. She recently relocated to Plano, TX with her husband and kids. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring Texas.
