Sue Williamson, OT, CHT

Sue grew up in the state of Nebraska, then attended the University of Kansas where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1986. Upon graduating, Sue moved to Texas where she has practiced as an OT for over 35 years.
During her career, Sue has worked with all diagnosis groups including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, wound care, trauma, orthopedics, neurological, vision rehab, and dysphagia. She has worked in acute hospital, in-patient rehab, out-patient rehab and home health settings, and has treated patients of all age groups from infants to geriatrics.
In 2000, Sue received advanced credentialing in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation and has practiced as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) since then. She enjoys the detailed anatomy and physiology of the hand and takes great pride in providing skilled treatment to help patients recover essential function of the hand and arm.
Sue has three adult children and enjoys traveling and spending as much time with them as possible.
