Ramsha Ilyas, PT, DPT Licensed Physical Therapist - Certified in Dry Needling
Ramsha earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University in 2020. The university is recognized as one of the top institutions in Texas for health sciences, offering strong opportunities in research, service to underserved populations, and professional development.
She went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2024. During her doctoral training, Ramsha completed clinical rotations focused on outpatient orthopedics and pediatric sports rehabilitation. She also participated in research on anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) return-to-sport, an area she is particularly passionate about.
Ramsha is a licensed physical therapist at Orthopaedic Specialists of Dallas in Rockwall. She is certified in dry needling and enjoys working with athletes of all ages, with a special interest in helping young athletes safely return to sport. She is also involved with the Rockwall Lacrosse team, supporting athletes both on and off the field.
Outside of the clinic, Ramsha is a Pilates instructor, where she incorporates functional movement and low-impact exercise to help individuals build strength and improve mobility. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, traveling, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
